Perth SC and Perth RedStar will meet in the 2022 Hyundai Women's State Cup final at Inglewood Stadium on Sunday 24 July.
The Azzurri came through a thrilling semi-final against Balcatta Etna on Wednesday, while RedStar had a more comfortable passage when they knocked out Curtin University the previous night.
Perth SC looked on their way out at UWA Sports Park as they trailed to Lauren Continibali well-taken goal heading into stoppage-time. But a foul on Liana Cook gave Peter Rakic's side a last-gasp spot-kick and Abbey Meakins made no mistake to send the tie to penalties.
Both teams missed one of their first five penalties in the shoot-out, meaning sudden-death where Judy Connolly scored for Perth but Angelique Alberts could only hit the bar for Etna.
RedStar had their game sewn up by half-time at Edinburgh Oval as they highlighted the gap between the NPLWA - Women's top and bottom clubs.
Shawn Billam fired in the opener, Carla Bennett added the next two and Larissa Walsh made it 4-0, all before the interval.
The State Cup final line-ups are now complete.
