MINIROOS CERTIFICATE COURSE

The Miniroos Certificate uses short, game-based sessions to introduce football to newcomers in an inclusive way. This short course, designed to coach kids aged four to nine years, is fully practical and encourages coaches to develop practices that are safe, fun and enjoyable.

This popular national program puts an emphasis on natural development and being active, as well as helping young players build a love for the game. Another highlight of the course is that coaches are exposed to the rules of the game as well as tips on building a team culture.

FOUNDATION OF FOOTBALL COURSE

The Foundation of Football course is for individuals embarking on their coaching journey as well as parents and volunteer coaches frequently called upon to guide young players in grassroots football. The course equips people with essential skills for creating a safe and positive learning environment for players.

The central focus is to empower coaches to establish a safe and enjoyable environment for young players. It offers guidance on conducting engaging training sessions and provides pre-designed training plans for an entire season, alleviating coaches from the task of creating them themselves.

The practical component of the course encompasses various aspects of the game, such as playing formats and fundamental skills like dribbling, passing, receiving, and finishing; however, the primary emphasis is on coaching methods that foster an appropriate learning environment.
