East Perth promoted to Men's State League

Football West can confirm that the scheduled inter-divisional play-off between Men's State League Division Two side Morley Windmills and Belt Up Men's Amateur Premier Division runners-up East Perth has been officially forfeited in favour of East Perth.

That means East Perth will replace Morley Windmills in the State League for season 2024. Morley will drop into the Amateur Premier Division.
