NPLWA – Women’s fixtures released

The fixtures for the first NPLWA – Women’s 2020 season have been released.

Curtin University will get the new campaign under way with a match against Hyundai NTC on Friday, 20 March at Edinburgh Oval.

The two sides met in the Night Series earlier this month, with NTC winning 4-0.

The remaining three games in Round One will take place on Sunday, 22 March.

2019 Women’s Premier champions Northern Redbacks begin against Subiaco at Kingsway Reserve. Redbacks showed they have lost none of their cutting edge with a 9-0 demolition of Subi in the Night Series five days ago.

Elsewhere, Perth SC start against Fremantle City at Dorrien Gardens and Murdoch University Melville host Balcatta.

The season will be held over 21 rounds.

Meanwhile, the NPL Women’s Night Series semi-finals take place this Sunday at Dorrien Gardens.

The first tie is between MUM FC and NTC at 5pm, followed by Fremantle City v Northern Redbacks.
