See the 2021 Indigenous Belt Up ball

As the 2021 NAIDOC Week celebrations come to an end, Football West and Insurance Commission of Western Australia can officially unveil the winning ball from our Indigenous Ball Design Competition.

Many thanks to WA Sports Minister Dr. Tony Buti MLA for his support and congratulations once more to Kimberley-based artist Jarred Franey, who produced the terrific winning design.

The Insurance Commission will fund the production of 500 of these footballs to be distributed across Western Australia.

The judging panel included the Insurance Commission’s Commission Secretary Kane Blackman and Garnduwa Chief Executive Officer Michael Albert.

Football West and the Insurance Commission are in partnership to promote the Belt Up road safety message to remind motorists and their passengers to wear a seatbelt.
