Football West will hold a midweek Referee Level 4 Course during the Easter school holidays for the first time.
The course will take place on Thursday 15 April at Gibbney Reserve, Maylands. It will run from 8.45am-5pm.
Football West Referee Development Officer Frank Moretti said: "We want to make our courses as accessible as possible and the school holidays offered us the chance to try something different.
"We have not held a course during the day midweek like this, but if it means enough youngsters are able to come along and register then we will look at doing it again."
The course costs only $150 and provides everything needed to get on the park and referee matches.
The package includes:
- Course registration
- Referee starter pack – flags, red and yellow cards and whistle
- Full referee uniform
- Football West referee registration for 2021
