Football West is inviting players to attend trials for the Boys State Under 14 Team.
The trials, which will take place during the April school holidays, are for boys born in 2007 who are prospective State Team players.
The State Team will play at the National Youth Championships in Coffs Harbour between 20-24 September 2021, with selected players on the pathway to Junior National Teams.
Closing date to register for the State Team trials is Friday 2 April, 2021.

FULL TRIAL DETAILS
Phase One – Gibbney Reserve, Maylands
Trials will be held between 9.30-11am on the following dates:
• Tuesday 6 April
• Wednesday 7 April
• Friday 9 April
Players are required to attend two of the three trials to be considered for the team.
At the conclusion of Phase One, emails will be sent to all trialists. Successful players will be invited to return for Phase Two.
Phase Two – South Perth United, Challenger Reserve, Challenger Avenue, Manning
Successful candidates from Phase One will be invited to Phase Two of the trials.
Trials will be held between 9.30-11am on the following dates:
• Tuesday 13 April
• Wednesday 14 April
• Friday 16 April
Players are required to attend two of the three trials to be considered for the team.
At the conclusion of Phase Two, emails will be sent to all trialists. Successful players will be invited to return for Phase Three.
Phase Three
A train-on squad will be selected in Phase Three for further assessment and to train once a week.
At the conclusion of Phase Three, emails will be sent to all trialists. Successful players will be invited to return to prepare for the 2021 National Youth Championships.
