Gold Fields Boys and Girls State trial dates
UPDATE: Football West can announce trial details for the 2024 National Youth Championships for Boys and the 2024 National Youth Championships for Girls.
The 2024 National Youth Championships will be held in Melbourne and across Wollongong in July.
Football West will enter one team per age group – U15s and U16s for both Boys and Girls.
TRIAL DETAILS
Boys NYC 2024
Football West is inviting boys born in 2009 and 2008 to attend trials for the respective Gold Fields Boys State Under 15 and Under 16 teams to represent Western Australia at the 2024 National Youth Championships. Both squads will consist of 17 players.
The 2024 Boys National Youth Championships will be held earlier than recent years. This is to provide players the opportunity to showcase their talent ahead of the U17 Asian Cup Qualifiers in October.

Registration for the State Team trials will close on Monday 25 March 2024. Players will be required to attend a minimum of two trials to be considered. Players to register and trial in their age group only.

Girls NYC 2024
Football West is inviting girls born in 2009 and 2008 to attend trials for the respective Gold Fields Girls State Under 15 and Under 16 teams to represent Western Australia at the 2024 National Youth Championships. Both squads will consist of 16 players.
The 2024 Girls National Youth Championships will be held earlier than recent years. This is to provide players the opportunity to showcase their talent ahead of the FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup in October 2024.
