Junior Achievement Award nominations close Friday

Football West is pleased to announce the creation of the inaugural Junior Achievement Awards which will recognise outstanding achievements of those young players who participate in our Junior competitions.

These awards aim to acknowledge those young players who are an inspiration and have motivated others through their enthusiasm, commitment and performances in our great game. Please note, these awards are not necessarily for the best and most talented players in our Leagues. 

The awards will be presented at our WA Football Awards evening held in the Grand Ballroom of the Burswood Entertainment Centre on Friday 12 October. They provide a great opportunity for the WA Football Family to appreciate and commemorate the outstanding achievements of our next generation of footballers. 

Football West requests the WA Football Family to provide a simple letter of no more than 250 words nominating ONE worthy recipient from your club. This nomination must be endorsed by your club’s Junior Coordinator and be received by phil.clarke@footballwest.com.au by close of business, 31st August. A small sub-committee of the Junior League Standing Committee will assist Football West in the judging of these awards.
