The Gow-Gates Football Risk Management iPhone app enables participants to identify, assess, quantify, manage and monitor risks on match-day straight from their iPhone.
The app is created for clubs to quickly and easily complete the checklist and upload the information for central storage.
It will remove the burden from club administrators on printing physical checklists and storing them, once completed. The delivery of the checklist over the app enables greater functionality.
Examples of the key benefits which have been developed on the app are; Club lists of affiliated clubs pre-loaded, GPS locations to pinpoint venues, the ability to add photographs of risks and the recording of use (the app automatically saves and reports on the data entered by the clubs).
Manager of Gow-Gates Sports and Services team Brett Duprez said the app aims to simplify the identification, analysis and migration of risks, while bringing together all the major capabilities that clubs need.
“This launch is part of another major step forward for Gow-Gates in providing innovative solutions for our clients,” Duprez said.
The app is free to download and can only be used by affiliated clubs of Member Federations who participate in the FFA National Insurance Programme.
