The AIA Vitality MiniRoos Kick-Off For Girls program, that will run from January 11 to February 15, is designed to introduce girls aged 4-9 to fun, football-related activities and promote pathways to continued football participation.
AIA Vitality MiniRoos officer Christopher Adams has praised officials at the South West Phoenix club for taking the initiative regarding a girls-only program.
“Congratulations to all at South West Phoenix for running WA’s first girls-only MiniRoos program,” he said.
“The MiniRoos Kick-Off-For-Girls is a great introduction for any young female player wanting to be the next Sam Kerr, Lisa De Vanna or Caitlin Foord.”
