Kevin Campbell AM - Chairman

The head of football in WA was formerly Chairman of the Lotteries Commission of WA and now lends his experience to the boards of a number of WA and Australian companies including Football West. Appointed to the Football West board in July 2004, Mr Campbell was recently reappointed for a further four years at the 2008 AGM. Mr Campbell is responsible for the referees portfolio.

Paul Kelly - Board Member

Paul Kelly has spent 15 years in the banking and finance sector and joined Member's Equity Bank in 1994, where he is now the National Advertising and Sponsorship Manager. Born in Ireland, Mr Kelly is a former professional football player with international experience and adds a unique dimension to the Football West Board. Mr Kelly was appointed to the Football West board in August 2004 and was recently reappointed for a further four years at the 2008 AGM. Mr Kelly is also on the board of the Perth Glory Football Club. Mr Kelly is responsible for the State League portfolio.

Luke Martin - Board Member

Luke Martin has spent 12 years in senior and national management roles within the construction industry, predominantly in the mining and resources sector of Western Australia and the industry sector in NSW, China and India. Currently Mr Martin is director to Building Elements Pty Ltd and also Project Manager to a Housing Group. Mr Martin has played, refereed and coached football at various levels, as well as a former commitee member of Kingsley Junior Soccer Club. Mr Martin is responsible for the Juniors portfolio.

Rob MacKay - Board Member

Rob MacKay has played amateur level football for more than 20 years and remains an active club player. This is complemented with more than fifteen years experience in both grass roots football administration and in coaching, and a broad knowledge of both amateur and social football. Mr MacKay was previously a board member of the Western Australian Amateur and Social Soccer Association (WAASSA) and is a long serving manager with Telstra. Mr MacKay was re-appointed to the Football West board in March 2007 for a four year term. Mr MacKay is responsible for the Amateur, Social & Masters portfoilo.

Liam Twigger- Board Member

Liam Twigger has been a former WA State League player and a State representative at both senior and junior levels and previously played for Sorrento, Kingsway Olympic, Balga and Inglewood United (Kiev). He has over twenty years experience in the fields of investment banking and corporate finance and was previously the head of Macquarie Bank Limited in Perth and Bankers Trust Investment Bank in Perth. He is currently Managing Director and Principal of PCF Capital Group, a boutique corporate advisory and investment banking firm focused on the mining sector. Mr Twigger was appointed to the Football West board for the first time in Decmber 2008 and will serve a four year term. Mr Twigger is the company secretary.

Janette Spencer- Board Member

Janette Spencer has a strong background in women's soccer, having been the President of Women's Soccer WA for eight years, Director of Development for the Australian Womens Soccer Association and the first acting chair of the FFA's Women's Standing Committee. Janette played at state level during the late eighties and was a key member of the very successful Masters team, the Perth Strikers, that had great medal successes at Australian and World Masters Games during the late nineties and early 2000's. Janette's professional background is in Project Management and she currently holds the position of Manager Community Development, City of Subiaco. Prior to this position Ms Spencer worked as the Senior Manager Projects and Member Services at Volunteering WA and spent ten years with the Department of Sport and Recreation primarily as a sport consultant to some 22 State Sport Associations. Ms Spencer is responsible for the Women's portfolio.

The Honourable Bob Kucera- Board Member

Mr Kucera immigrated to Australia in 1964 at the age of 20 after being born in Cardiff, Wales in 1944. Upon entering the WA Police, Mr Kucera steadily rose through the ranks from Officer to Detective Inspector before later serving as Assistant Commissioner of Police from 1996 - 2001. Mr Kucera retired from Police duty in 2001 to contest the State election and was elected to the Legislative Assembly in the electorate of Yokine as a member of the Australian Labor Party. Mr Kucera's first two years in parliament were as Health Minister before managing the portfolios of Sport & Recreation, Tourism, Small Business and Disability Services amongst others. Mr Kucera is responsible for the Home of Football/Centre for Excellence.

Mr Joe Claudio

Joe Claudio is well known in the football fraternity, having been a player with the UWA Soccer Club and more recently Chairman of the Perth Kangaroos Soccer Club, a Perth based team which participated in the Singapore S-League in 1994. Mr Claudio has also been a long time Chair of the Disciplinary & Grievance Committee for Football West and its forerunners, overseeing the judicial process associated with the game and is a life member of the Western Australian Amateur & Social Soccer Association (WAASSA). Mr Claudio is also a keen Squash enthusiast, having served as President of the Dianella Squash Club and current Chairman of the Hyatt East Perth Royals Squash Club. Joe has an extensive legal background. He is the Managing Director of GLWB Pty Ltd, an incorporated legal practice, which provides legal services to the public under the banner Axiom Conveyancing and to the Alcock Brown-Neaves construction group of companies as ABN Legal. Mr Claudio is repsonsible for the D&G Tribunal (Judiciary)

Ms Anna Liscia

Anna Liscia is a decorated legal practitioner in WA, having worked as a senior solicitor for Stone James & Co / Mallesons Stephen Jacques for over ten years before forming her own legal consultancy business, Liscia & Tavelli in 1993. Ms Liscia has been a member of the Legal Practice Board of WA since 1999 and is currently serving as the Chair since appointment in 2007. Ms Liscia has also been involved with the Women Lawyers of WA Inc, Energy Review Board and the State Administrative Tribunal in the past 10 years. Ms Liscia is responsible for risk management and corporate governance.
