Peak body Football West has implemented a new same day service standard for its day to day dealings with over 33,000 stakeholders.
The new service standard will guarantee a timely response to all enquiries on the day that they are received, with administration staff following through the enquiry from initial receipt through to successful completion.
The same day service standard is a commitment by all Football West administration staff to further enhance the service offered to clubs in day to day activities and communications.
Key components of the same day service standard include:
- Receipt of communication
- Explanation of steps being undertaken and likely timeframe for conclusion
- Communication of the outcome and any further follow up required
