Over 400 players trialed on Saturday 12th July for the launch of the Football West Academy (9-11yr olds) and there was a tremendous amount of talent on show. Due to the amount of interest in the program we will be holding further trials. These will include players that were identified from Trial 1 and those that missed the trial at the weekend.
Zone representatives contribute to the development of football in Western Australia by upholding and promoting the objects of Football West and facilitating the implementation of Football West policies, programmes and initiatives.
Standing Committees advise the Football West Board and the Chief Executive Officer on matters relating to football including refereeing and coaching. Committee members are in the perfect position to shape and develop the world game in Western Australia.
Football West By-laws provide for the election of Zone Representatives and Standing Committees.
