Electronic Matchcards
The electronic matchcards for the State League, Amateur, Social, Masters and Women's Leagues can be used by clubs in place of the issued team sheets. They are intended to be completed in advance of the game, printed off and taken to the game. The only fields that can be completed on a computer are the ones that can be filled in ahead of the game (i.e. Shirt numbers, Player names and Registration numbers). Three (3) copies must be printed off and presented in the usual manner to the opposing team and the referee. The copies submitted to Football West must be filled in by hand after the game with match information such as goal scorers and times, yellow cards, red cards etc and then signed by the referee. If you have any queries about the use of these matchcards please contact your respective Competition Administrator.

The Rooball, Junior, Youth and Girls Only match cards need only have one copy printed. These can be completed at the fixture and forwarded to Football West in the usual manner.
