Junior P&D (Penalties and Disputes) is the handling of disciplinary matters arising from infringements of the Rules and regulations that govern the Harvey Fresh Rooball League, MILO Junior League, Smarter Than Smoking Girls League and Perth Glory Youth League competitions.

The P&D Panel is made up of three volunteers including the chairperson and two others from the wider football community. People who have no conflict of interest with any of the affected affiliates are appointed to the panel.

On hearing night the Panel determines how the matter will be heard depending on the nature of the case. Clubs are not notified of an outcome of a case on hearing night but will ne notified as soon as possible to allow for any appeals on the outcome.
