Football West are responsible for the management of the game throughout all levels of football from semi professional to amateur, masters, social and women’s as well as juniors.

The governing body is committed to enhancing the profile of the game and requires the services of match day reporters.

The role of the match reporter involves attending primarily State Premier League games however Football West is also looking to expand its coverage to state league Division One, Amateur Premier and Women’s Premier in due course.

Reporters will be required to attend various grounds throughout the metropolitan area and need to be available on Saturday or Sunday afternoons depending on the scheduled fixtures for the round.

It is important that prospective reporters can be a neutral observer with no conflict of interest with participating clubs.

Remuneration will be paid on a per match basis to the successful candidates.

Football West are also looking for skilled photographers to join our reporting team to cover a variety of matches. Photographs will be used for distribution to local newspapers and media outlets as well as on the Football West website.
