INFORMATION FOR PLAYERS

How do I register for a club?
Each club differs with its registration process.  Please contact your club for details on how to register with them.

Where can I get club contact details from?
The club finder can be found under the Competitions Menu on the Football West website.

My club has directed me to register online.  Where do I do this?
Go to www.myfootballclub.com.au and select "2010 Player Registration" this will guide you through the process of retrieving a password and commencing registration

How do I change clubs during the season?

What is the age requirement to register?
A player must be 5 or turning 5 in 2010 to be eligible to register.

Deadlines

All players should be active on MyFootballClub and photos should be submitted to Football West by the following dates:

State League Prem - 5pm 15th Feb 2010
State League Div 1 - 5pm 12th Mar 2010
Sunday League - 5pm 12th Mar 2010
Metropolitan League - 5pm 12th March 2010
Masters League - 5pm 12th March 2010
Women's Night Series - by noon on 19th March (no photos required for the night series)
Women's Prem - 5pm 9th April 2010
Women's League - 5pm 15th April 2010
Youth League - 5pm 19th March 2010
Junior League - 5pm 19th March 2010
Girls League - 5pm 19th March 2010

Optus Small Sided Football - Players need to be active before they play (no photos required)

If you miss these deadlines we cannot guarantee that your club will have a registration card for the first game of the season.

How do I get a login to MyFootballClub?
Login application information has been sent to your club secretary.  Please contact them for the process.

Where do I access MyFootballClub?

How do I set up Online Payments? 
The club must complete the request for online payment form.   The credit card merchant facility will cost each club $99+ GST  per annum.  Standard credit card processing fees will also be incurred.

Who requires a player registration card?
All senior players and junior players competing in ages groups 11s and above.  A player must have a registration card to be eligible to play.
Photo Requirements:
Please ensure that you have submitted your photos by the above deadlines. If you miss sending in any or all of your photos by the deadlines your cards will print with no photos on them and you will have to wait until the cards can be reprinted. Please note that this may be after the first game of the season. Under the Football West Rules of Competition, no player may take part in a fixture without a valid registration card (except for OSSF players).

If you are still to submit photos can you please ensure that you are just submitting a head and shoulders shot of the player only.

Clubs will be charged $3 per card that needs to be reprinted because the photos were not submitted on time or the players face is not clearly visible.
