Earn Your Club Dollars!
Football West is delighted to welcome Axiom Conveyancing on board for the 2010 season in a partnership that can benefit every Club affiliated to Football West in Western Australia.
The WA football family can earn hundreds of dollars for their local clubs just by using the services of Axiom Conveyancing when buying or selling a property.
Each time a client of Axiom Conveyancing, who is a member, a relative or associate of a member of a Club affiliated to Football West, who uses the services of Axiom Conveyancing when buying or selling residential property in Western Australia, and who nominates that Club to receive a benefit, Football West will credit that Club with $100 including GST against that Club's balance for registration fees, team entry fees, fines and other purchases.
Any surplus credits at 30 September 2010 will be paid by Football West to each Club entitled to the money.
Axiom Conveyancing will also become the naming rights holder for the over 35's Masters Leagues which will now be known as the Axiom Conveyancing Masters.
How to earn money for your Club:
- Tell your Club members about the services of Axiom Conveyancing.
- Contact Axiom Conveyancing to act as conveyancers (commonly called settlement agents) when buying or selling residential property.
- Ensure that you tell Axiom Conveyancing with which Club you are associated.
- Football West will receive a monthly statement from Axiom Conveyancing outlining which Clubs have been nominated to receive benefits from Football West.
- Football West will credit the accounts of those Clubs with $100 incl GST for each transaction and notify them in writing. The credit will apply to any outstanding money or future debts to Football West.

Should a Club retain a credit balance as at 30 September 2010, Football West will issue that Club with a cheque for such credit.

What is Axiom Conveyancing and what do they do?
Axiom Conveyancing is a division of GLWB Pty Ltd an incorporated legal practice that provides residential conveyancing (also known as settlement) services in Western Australia.
If you are in the process of buying or selling residential property you have the right to nominate Axiom Conveyancing to represent you, despite what you may be told, even after you have already signed a contract to buy or sell the property.

Is there a limit to the amount of money our Club can raise in this program?
No, your Club can raise as much money as it wants.
Does the Club have to do any administration work to claim the money?
No, all the Club has to do is to tell its members of the program. Football West and Axiom Conveyancing have structured the partnership to make it as easy as possible for Clubs.
How do we tell Axiom we are part of a Football West affiliated Club?
Axiom Conveyancing will ask you on the initial documentation that it sends to you.
How does our Club know when monies have been received?
Football West and Axiom Conveyancing will reconcile all transactions on a monthly basis and write to Clubs to confirm that money have been received and a credit given.
Can our Club receive the money directly from Axiom Conveyancing?
No, the sponsorship agreement is between Football West and Axiom Conveyancing. All sponsorship money must go to Football West
Can our Club receive the cash from Football West directly?
Only if your Club has a credit balance with Football West as at 30 September 2010. Prior to that date, sponsorship money received from Axiom Conveyancing will be applied to current or future Club obligations to Football West.
