At its meeting on 20th October, the Football West Board approved the registration and team entry fee structure for 2010.  In contrast to previous years, registration fees will be independent of the competition in which a player participates and will be dependent on the age of the player only.  The age groupings stipulated in the fee structure relate to the age of the player after his or her birthday in 2010.  For example, a player born in 1991 will be deemed a 19 year old for registration purposes.

Fee structures have been designed to be more easily adapted to the MyFootballClub registration system.  However, it should be noted that Football West does not dictate what clubs charge players, but obviously club fees will include a component for registration and team entry fees.

A further modification was made at the Board meeting of 3 December 2009 when it was ratified that 16 year olds would now no longer be required to pay the $5 development levy.  This has slight implications for the fees for players who were born in 1994.

A summary of the fees is outlined below, but in the interests of transparency, the complete breakdown is detailed in the document at the bottom of the page.
